On the second level of 'Brand first', Johan Bülow uses the term Momentum. According to Lars Bo Hansen, this is usually a challenging phase for fast-growing companies, as Lakrids by Bülow was, and it is a phase where it may be necessary to bring in new resources. Johan Bülow did this in a number of key positions, while also launching the concept of Storytastings at the Momentum level.
