Composing a competition run

In the final chapter, Rune Glifberg will perform the run that made him National Champion (while he was in the process of qualifying for the 2020 Olympics). When you compose a run, it's a good idea to divide it into three stages and practice each one separately so that you can start each section with fresh legs. It's important not to be exhausted when practicing the final tricks in the run – being tired increases the risk of falling, which in turn builds a fear of failure.
